Wrong appearing DOI in the newly created issue before registration

we created a new issue, during uploading of the articles, DOI has been given but the appear in a strange manner, like 10.56056/amj.2024.251 %20%20%20%,
these %20%20%20%are an extra and strange
Steps I took leading up to the issue
For example:

  1. Go to ‘…’
  2. Click on ‘…’
  3. Scroll down to ‘…’
  4. See error

What application are you using?
