User can not reset password

What version of OJS are you using (e.g. 3.3.0-13) - please include this in your posts, as it assists with troubleshooting. Additionally, any of the other emails sent through your OJS instance not being received? If so, that may indicate a larger problem with email configuration, and you may want to see some of the resources linked to here: [OJS] "Forgot password" is not delivering any email for reset password - #2 by rcgillis
