Activate the statistics plugin 5 days ago and the message continues to appear: The data download is not yet available. What do I have to do to display the statistics?

We are having the same issue on OJS 3.1.1-4 and the above solution does not work. The stats are in the metrics table but are not showing. This happened after the upgrade. I see multiple posts regarding this.Any solution?

Hi @astevens, Please I have the same problem now I have the OJS version 3.1.2.1, when updating the version I stop generating the statistics
