The Sections of the magazine do not change the language

Hello everyone!
I have a problem with my OJS 3.1.1, when entering the titles of the sections of the magazine, I did it in several languages, some in Spanish, English, French, Portuguese, but on the site, when changing languages, all titles of the sections appear in Spanish.
