The titles of the sections of the magazine do not change their language

Hello everyone!
I have a problem with my OJS 3.1.1, when entering the titles of the sections of the magazine, I did it in several languages, some Spanish, English, French, Portuguese, but on the site, when changing language, all the titles of the sections appear in Spanish.

Hi @david_marquez,

Where on the site are you changing the language expecting to see the section titles to change? Is this e.g. on the table of contents view for an issue?

Hi @asmecher

I was referring to the table of contents, but I just discovered that the error was in the memcache of my server, I had to clean it. This I discovered after analyzing the bootstrap code which I compared with another system ojs 3.1.1. Anyway, thank you very much for your diligence and collaboration.
