Status of "Reviewers unable to see review file"

We’re still having problems with the issue reported in Reviewers unable to see review file

We’re using v.3.3.0.8 and a colleague at another university is using 3.3.0.7.

Is there any resolution? Would upgrading to v. 3.3.0.10 fix the problem?
