[SOLVED] How do add RSS on sidebar?

Hello!

I am facing a problem that I am not being able to find a solution, one of the editors of a journal asked me how to add the RSS feed in the sidebar because the option does not appear for him in the journal editing tool:
(Sidebar management on English)

However in other journal the option appears:

I also noticed that the RSS plugin is active for his journal:

Does anyone know how to solve this?

Have you checked your PHP error log? If it is a code/server issue it shall be recorded in it.

If this is an upgraded installation (from OJS2), then it could be this: OJS 3.0 - Choose language & Search at the index page - #23 by ajnyga

There is a sql solution below that post.
