That’s the wrong file; go to the Releases area and download the .tar.gz file that’s compatible with your version of OJS. Or better yet, use the Plugin Gallery, which will take care of it for you.

@asmecher i can’t understand where is releases area and secondly in plugin gallery also not installing so please guide how to install?

@asmecher When i install from pugin gallery the screen still there but no plugin install.
and then this message appear
