Quotation in HTML Galley doesn't display properly

Hi @asmecher;

I hope everything is fine with you. When I save my documents as Web Page (HTM), it looks fine. Once uploading to OJS as Galley, all the quotations are shown in a wrong way:

Hi @Reza,

Make sure that you’re authoring your HTML using the UTF-8 encoding; I suspect you’re using Latin1 (a.k.a ISO-8859-1). There should be a way to change the encoding before saving it in whatever tool you’re using.
