Hello @Javier_Davo.

The process to deposit to the PLN is fairly slow. It can take a few days, maybe even a week, to get a deposit all the way into the LOCKSS network.

Can you provide your journal URL, title, or the UUID?

Hi @Javier_Davo.

The journal has been contacting us about every 24 hours, as expected. Our server notified your journal that we could accept deposits on May 5, but the journal hasn’t tried to make a deposit yet. Could you reset your deposits? That might kickstart the deposit process.

Your journal still isn’t attempting to make deposits to the PLN. It’s contacting us every day around 6:30 p.m. Pacific time to see if it can make deposits. Our system is responding that it can. But then it does’t attempt a deposit.

Can you find the scheduled task logs? There should be some log files named something like PKPPLNDepositorTask-5759bc35f4189-20160609.log. They might have more information.

You’ll find this log file in your files_dir (as defined in config.inc.php), under the folder “scheduledTaskLogs”.
