Description of issue or problem I’m having:
I send our journals to PKP pn a few weeks ago, and it still hasn’t finished processing.
All journals stuck on status “Unknow”.
Journal Identifier: A37D30B5-27A8-4C15-B45E-DFE955094594
PKP PN Plugin Network Status: The PKP PLN can accept deposits from this journal.
Application Version:
Open Journal Systems 3.1.2.4

Your deposits are showing up on the PKP|PN with deposit URLs containing “localhost” for the hostname. Can you check your config.inc.php configuration file and ensure that the base_url is set correctly?

base_url was set as localhost, but even after changing it and resetting journals, the problem “unknown” appears (I waited 3 days)

You’ll need to reset your deposits to cause the new URLs to go to the PN server.

the statuses are still showing as “unknown” and nothing helps, even reinstalling the plugin.
What is the form of url addresses with which deposits are sent?

At a glance, it looks like some deposits have now made it into the system; you might need to wait a while longer to see them all get collected successfully. (Do you see this reflected in your OJS install?)

It looks like there is still a problem, some deposits have changed their status on “Sent to LOCKSS” while others remain as “unknown”. The difference at the moment is that in the logs instead of “harvest-error” the status is “depositedByJournal”. On all deposits with status “unknown” I used the reset option.

Hi @wsfip,
I’d suggest waiting a few days to see if the remaining content gets transferred; it may take a while for the PKP|PN to work through it.
