we are using OJS 3.2.1.4 and the plugin version 2.0.3.1
One of our journals uses the PKP PN Plugin since this autumn, but they are experiencing problems with their first issue:
They are using OJs for continuous publishing, issue 1 is the volume for 2020, issue is the current issue for 2021.
We are wondering why the first issue is stuck in the current status. After two resets and some waiting time (min. 2 weeks between the resets) there is still no progress. Issue 2 seems working.
Do you have any ideas why issue 1 doesn’t make any progress but issue 2? Please tell me, if you need more info.
