Based on our experience, it is fixed by clicking the reset on each of the issue. You can try this approach too.

Have you still faced the issue? since after doing a reset on our experience, it needs someday to send to theLOCKSS server.
I have also read your error log on your post, it is better to pay attention to the MYSQL error - gone away on your server.

Hi, I am also facing similar issues with my journals - https://mansapublishers.com/.
How can I rectify these issues. I’ve also reset a few issues after reading your post. I want to know whether I should click on the reset option for all issues at one time or one by one gradually over a few days. Can this problem arise due to network issues also?

After reset, please wait for 3 to 4 days so the LOCKKS server can accept the indexing request.
Don’t forget to note which issues that are not sent to LOCKKS because after someday you can recheck it.
You also should check the error_log and depositor task log to read the detail info about the process on your server.

How to resolve this issue.any idea.
You should check on your server what make the mysql service offline. If it caused by memory limitation, increase the memory allocation for your mysql.
