With OJS version OJS 3.3.0-7,
We activated the Paypal plugin and in the payment settings, after enabling, we entered “account”, “ID” and “password”, besides such a “test mode”. On the website, accesses appear with locks, but when clicking on them, they do not work (open a blank page after a long time).

Do you have access to the PHP error logs for site and could post any relevant output here? That might help to identify what is happening here.

The error log shows this message today: " [Fri Oct 22 21:17:07 2021] [error] mod_fcgid: stderr: ojs2: 404 Not Found
".

Dear @rcgillis, I would like to add, in addition to the error log already sent, the message that appears in the browser after some time: "ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS ".

It looks like the solution found by @marcello8080 in this thread OJS 3 too many redirect on purchase article - #4 by asmecher will help to solve our problem. We’re trying now.
If anyone has found a similar solution or problem, please let us know.
