OJS Stats & Reports-View Report

Hi,

We’re using OJS 2.4.4.1. I used View Report from Report Generator but were included only articles from 2009-2013. Could you please help me what should be wrong? I’m quite sure also newer articles were viewed.

The way that statistics are captured changed with OJS 2.4.3 or better, and additional setup may be required to ensure current statistics are being collected. For more details, review this thread:

Was the content for Analytic Teaching loaded after an upgrade to 2.4.6? Timed Views are no longer being collected in recent version of OJS. 3.x creates instantaneous reports for Reviewers and Articles, using Tools, Statistics, but View Report doesn’t create a file. any tips?
