OJS 3.x - Recurrent Log-Out Problem?

Dear OJS Users,

Kindly help me to resolve concurrent logout issue.
My journal site journals.bahonacollege.edu.in

JOS details and error details

  • Application Version - OJS 3.3.0

  • Description of issue Recurrent login out problem

  • Steps you took leading up to the issue login to the journal, and visit any module, it will say you don’t have rights and logges you out

  • What you tried to resolve the issue
    check the setting… could not resolve

  • Screenshots

Hi @vpdvijay82,

Can you explain a little further? Does this happen all of the time that you attempt to login or access submissions? Or does it just display this error?

You may want to check to ensure that your roles are configured properly: Users and Roles
