Dear colleagues, does anyone else have this problem in OJS 3.2.0?

The requested URL was not recognized when trying to upload an Image with insert/edit form (Settings >>> Journal >>> Description)

Can’t upload image using either option “Browse for an image” or “DROP AN IMAGE HERE”.
