[OJS 3.2.0.3] The pdf don't appear in publication

What I need to do to make the pdf appear in my Journal?
I have full access and tryed to pass PDF true all workflow steps, but didn’t work well.
So, I published the paper, but don’t appear the pdf icon.

Can you help me? Please?

Hi @Igor_Quintal,

I suggest to go over the doc:https://docs.pkp.sfu.ca/ especially the video tutorials. I am not sure what you have really done and which version of the OJS are you using, but would suggest that you have not uploaded any galley in the production phase.

Hi @Igor_Quintal,

Galleys refer to the different publication formats you can upload for each article. For example PDF, HTML, XML, epub, multimedia, etc.

It would be helpful to confirm which version of OJS you’re using.

I use the latest version. In fact, I’m not sure, because I started working at a huge company, but in a branch away from the technical team, and I don’t have this information yet.

Was this a result of a recent upgrade? Regardless, please check that files have been uploaded in the manuscripts galley section of the publication tab
