OJS 3.1 - The current role does not have access to this operation

Hi everyone. The problem is with a submission, in the “Production” step the designer can not download the “Production ready file”, when she tries to download it, she gests the error message:

the journal is running OJS 3.1.2

I’ve been looking in the forum for this error, but mainly was reported with reviewers role or others

Hi! Wen a Reviewer try to open a file, the ojs displays a JSON response: { "status": false, "content": "The current role does not have access to this operation.", "elementId": "0" } I’ve checked and the user has the Reviewer ROLE on the Journal. [image] [image]

[OJS 3.3.0.8] Copyeditors unable to access submission file

Hello every/anyone Description of issue or problem I’m having: This is a recurring problem we are having with our copyeditors. Our process involves citations/references normalization and then assigning the submission to copyeditors for grammar review. Please note that version of OJS that you’re using is no longer supported by PKP. I recommend that you upgrade to the newest version of OJS, as it is possible that your issue will be resolved by upgrading (although that is not guaranteed). However, other community members may wish to offer assistance.
