OCS - How to obtain review form results

I use review form (create review form).
How can I download all the results from the reviewers.

If I use Conference manager > Stats and Reports > Report
only the recommendation from the reviewers is shown in one of the columns. Other items from review forms are not included.

That’ll require some modification, primarily to plugins/reports/reviews/ReviewReportPlugin.inc.php.

I can find that file, however I don’t know how to modify it.
It looks I have to add new columns in the report, but I have to use the name of the variable correctly. I have no idea where I can find the name of variable. Also I have to modify other parts?

Do you have any example to customize this review report?
