No link to article page if article has no abstract (OJS 2.4.8)

Hi,

there seems to be a bug when an article has no abstract. The article page is not linked from the table of contents.

This is quite a problem because the DOIs are listed on the article page. In OJS 3.0 this is already fixed. Could you also fix it for OSJ 2.4.8 ?
