We are reaching out for support from the PKP and OJS community regarding the activation of PKP Preservation Network (PLN) for our journal:

We would like to mention that we are also hosting several new journals on the same OJS database under the same publisher account.
Despite having all the required information filled out in the Masthead, including ISSNs, publisher details, and enabling the PKP PLN plugin (with Terms of Use accepted), our dashboard continues to display: “Network Status: The PKP PLN does not know about this journal yet.”
Has anyone encountered this issue or can PKP support advise on further steps?
All publishing and technical details appear complete. Is there any additional metadata or settings we should review, or is there a waiting period before the PLN recognizes new journals on OJS 3.4.x?
Any advice or feedback from the community or PKP support would be greatly appreciated!
Our server is failing to contact your one, I’ll try to understand what’s happening and come back with more details, but it’s probably something that should be fixed on our side.
HI! We experience the exact same issue for a journal (MUSIQUES: Recherches interdisciplinaires ISSN : 2818-2006 / https://revues.ulaval.ca/ojs/index.php/musiques/index). We set up the PKP PLN a few weeks ago, Happy to learn if there is any way to solve this. Thanks! Pierre

Also we setup the instance two/three weeks ago on OJS 3.3.0-21 with PLNPlugin version number 2.0.4.5 (current version, according to plugin gallery)
Your journals are fine, we can access them. There’s a problem in our backend blocking new journals from being accepted, instead of fixing it, I’ll probably upgrade the server to a new version, which should fix this and other problems. For now, I’ve accepted both of your journals manually.
I’ve just confirmed that we’re unable to contact your server due to outdated software in our server, I’ll attempt to upgrade it soon, then the problems should be gone and you won’t have to do anything on your side.
