Missing journal thumbnails on list of journals page after version upgrade

Hi,

We have recently upgraded to ojs 2.4.6. This ojs installations has two journals. I have noticed the small version of homepage images which used to be displayed in index page are missing. No errors are in the page or the log file. Would you please advise what could be wrong?
I have attached a snapshot of the old version which displays the images.

thanks for your reply.
I noticed there was to field to set journal thumbnail in Journal Manager->Setup->The Look and in in some way in the background in uses the page/home page header image for thumbnail.
However in 2.4.6 there is a field to set thumb nail. I uploaded the images in each journal and they are now displaying in the index page.
