Mail sending fail

Hi all
@mohd_arshad

I have faced problems about mail sending as example: reviewer mail.
When try to contact Reviewer or Author then Showing Loading, can’t delivered email. And Author Submit the Manuscript, we can’t received notification mail.

If your OJS will deliver some emails, but not others, it’s because your mail server doesn’t like some aspect of these specific emails. It might be spam filtering, or SPF rules, or something else. Unfortunately there’s no way for OJS to know what happened; you’d need to investigate your server’s email delivery logs.

For emails that appear to be sent but are never received, you’ll need to follow my suggestions above.

If you see a spinner that never stops, it’s likely a PHP error. Check your PHP error log for details.
