List of reviewers does not apper to me when i want to assign a paper to the reviewer

Dear Roger,

Many thanks for your reply.
When I want to assign a paper to the reviewer, I choose “Add reviewer”. In this step, the reviewer list should be appeared, but no one doesn’t appear without any errors.

What should I do as Administrative OJS?
