I have a serious problem.
When I want to assign a reviewer to the paper, it stops in this step and
does not show the reviewer’s list.
Who can help me?
- Can you elaborate further? What do you mean by it “stops” - do you see an error or unexpected behavior? If so, can you elaborate on what that looks like for you?

Many thanks for your reply.
When I want to assign a paper to the reviewer, I choose “Add reviewer”. In this step, the reviewer list should be appeared, but no one doesn’t appear without any errors as the following figure:
The above figure appears on my screen for long time with no change.
What should I do as Administrative OJS?

Hmm… did you check your PHP error log? Sometimes that provides errors that provide more clues as to what is going on.
