Keyword Cloud Block Plugin for ojs 3.1.2

Is keyword cloud block plugin available for latest release of ojs 3.1.2. After update my ojs to the latest version, I have noticed that this block plugin is missing.

Here what I did I extracted zip file downloaded from github then make a single folder named keywordcloud. With 7-zip, I created keywordcloud.tar.gz It did not work either Would you mind share your tar.gz file? Or help from @Azerilatama to make a tar.gz release of the plugin so it can be uploaded

And tag @Azerilatama who wrote it.

Same problem I am facing, no plugin in the list of keywords. Today I have lost references and citations, license column too…is there any way to get it back.
