Now when I tried to upload again, received the below error notification.
I downloaded the file and successfully imported it into a local test instance of OJS 3.1.2-1. It created the Issue with 26 Articles, though the initial output reported only creating the Issue.
The Issue appears in my Back Issues section in the Editorial interface, and in the Archives for the reader frontend.
In my case, the test journal is essentially otherwise empty, so that might be a distinction between your experience and my test.
I’m sharing the System Information page from the Admin section for reference.
I re-imported the file again, and it added the 26 Articles again as duplicates within the existing Issue.
The notification of “The file could not be uploaded or revised” in your second upload attempt is odd. Do you see any error messages in your PHP error log which correspond to the time of the upload?
What specifically do you see in your Back Issues currently?
