Hello, I would like to kindly request your assistance with an issue regarding files referenced from an HTML galley.
I upgraded from 2.4.8.1 to 3.0.0.0, then to 3.1.2.4, then to 3.2.1.4, and finally to 3.3.0.15.
Everything looks fine, except that the links to the referenced files within an HTML galley are not correct.
The files still have links in the following format:
http://10.1.97.55/index.php/REVISTA/article/download/15872/version/14517/27966/82857/09-027-21-T4.jpg
When the actual path of the object should be:
journals/2/articles/15872/submission/proof/15872-13-82857-1-17-20230429.jpg
The browser’s console shows “404 Not Found” for every file.
Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi Israel, thanks for the answer.
Yes, I had seen several similar issues on the forum before posting. In this particular post, I understood that the problem had been resolved by version 3.3.0.8, but it seems that no specific suggestions are provided.
I also tried this others solutions for older versions but nothing has worked.

Hi @Guillermo_Esteban_Mu
Would you be able to share your webserver log error showing when the page requests the image?
Also, are you running the journal using an IP number address?
Best,
Israel
