How can I solve encoding problems to display special characters? I’ve been dealing with this problem for a while
Also I can’t remove the colindancias thing from the body, used to remove it using js but HtmlGalley doesn’t run javascript apparently

Took some more days to try to fix this, still no progress.
I tried following the encoding guide from the site, with no success.

Have you tried ensuring the HTML file are correctly encoded? For example, saving it with a character encoding of UTF-8? You’d have to then re-upload the galley. Please give that a try, I see a user reported a similar issue here: Quotation in HTML Galley doesn't display properly

Downloading the html file and viewing it in browser displays correctly
