Guest Editors - Notifications from Reviewers/Authors

How do we get notifications that a reviewer has accepted to a review request or that a reviewer has submitted/completed a review or that an author has submitted a revised manuscript?

How do I know which OJS I am using? I believe we are using the latest one as we had an update done recently.
