allow_url_fopen = On
disable_path_info = On
force_ssl = On
force_login_ssl = On
recaptcha = on
thats it i was done

See the note about restful_urls in the config file:
; Generate RESTful URLs using mod_rewrite. This requires the
; rewrite directive to be enabled in your .htaccess or httpd.conf.
; See FAQ for more details.
Just setting that to On without working with your mod_rewrite configuration won’t work.
