Error after upgrade to OJS 3.1.2.1 - admin panel names comes between ##....## without any spaces

After I have upgraded to OJS 3.1.2.1 all names in admin panel comes between ## tags.
Like as:

##admin.siteManagement##

• ##admin.hostedJournals##
• ##admin.siteSettings##

##admin.adminFunctions##

• ##admin.systemInformation##
• ##admin.expireSessions##
• ##admin.clearDataCache##
• ##admin.clearTemplateCache##
• ##admin.scheduledTask.clearLogs##

No error comes in PHP ERROR LOG.

How can I make it correct?

What lang is enabled now? Do you mind to check lang folder in you ojs installation? xml files content, permissions… Is it possible you found a way to enable a language without including any translation files?

Where can I find the LANG folder and XML file.And how it could help me in correction of names.

Yeah, thanks it really worked for me.

I just changed the theme and clear the cache. All works fine now.
