Describe the issue or problem
When a user is logged in to his/her account and changing Email to a different one then there is a message on screen saying: “You have requested a change of your email to “example@mail.com”. We have already sent you an email with directions on how to validate the changed email.”
But there is no email sent. All other system mails are being sent normally only this one is not being sent.
Steps I took leading up to the issue
This issue started after upgrading from version 3.3 to 3.5.01
What application are you using?
For example, OJS 3.5.0.1
