This is an 8-year-old thread, so unlikely to help much – but there is a new 3.5.0-2 release out, which does include a fix for DMARC, which should help emails get delivered. I’d suggest upgrading. Meanwhile, I’ll close this thread so it doesn’t disturb folks who have long since resolved this on their installs; if you’re still stuck, I’d suggest opening a new thread.
