Create new administrator user

I finally create a new OJS 3 site as you guys suggested, at the moment we are testing and playing around with the new system before migrate.

Can you please tell how can I create a new administrator user, I mean I website admin and no a Journal Manager?

Check what the user group ID of your administrators group is by running:

SELECT user_group_id FROM user_groups WHERE context_id=0 AND role_id=1;
It’ll probably give you a 1 back as a result. Then, you can grant that to your user:

INSERT INTO user_user_groups (user_id, user_group_id) VALUES (1234, 1);
…where 1234 is your user ID, and 1 is the user_group_id you got from the first query (probably a 1).

I’m just upgraded my journal from 2.4.2 to 3.2.0-1 and had some issues with translations. I’m from Brazil.

Well, I need to verify my locale setting or, maybe, install new one. Here is my problem:

I’m trying to access the system as administrator, because the option to install new locale is not show to me as my old admin account. What can I do? The solution proposed to make new one doesn’t work for me.

Sorry about my english. It’s not my first language.
