Hi, I am using ojs version 3.3.0 -16. The ORCID link that has been sent to the author does not work and an error appears:
Your ORCID iD could not be verified. The link is no longer valid.

OJS: 3.3.0-16 ORCID: 1.1.3.12

The link expires after several hours. Does this happen immediately when the mail is sent?

Yes it happens immediately after the link is sent to the email

Are you a member of ORCID or do you use the public API?
Did you test your APi keys in the sandbox and did everything work correctly?
