"You don't currently have access to that stage of the workflow" error

I need assistance. I have lost access to all my accounts at the production stage. This means that I can not schedule articles for publications. I have tried the following;

  1. Add all roles to my accounts.

  2. Restart my computer

  3. Change from one account to another

  4. Change the computer

  5. Change the search engine.

None of them has worked. Kindly help.
