I upgraded my OJS 3.3.14 to 3.3.15 after successful implementation my website was running but after that I upgrade plugins in the administration tool and when I moved to my website…website is not accessible with the following messages…

xyz.com is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500

Above message reflected and website is not accessible even administrations tool of OJS. How this problem can be resolve ! Please let me know perfect solution, if you have

Can you check your PHP error logs and report on errors found there?
That typically provides a more accurate picture of what is going on.
