Hi we are using ojs 3.2.1-1, we publish full texts as PDF and XML using elife lens. We use paperbuzz and total downloads to share download metrics on the article landing pages. We have noted that PDF views are counted and updates daily but XML galley previewed as HTML label on article page using elife lens is not counted and updated despite users are seeing XML full text as well. Kindly help in this regard.
