The Problem
After updating to OJS 3.5, the automated editorial masthead was generated but it has wrong dates. What is leading to this issue? Can I somehow remove just the dates from the Masthead or maybe put correct date there?

I’m not sure about removing the dates - I think this is enforced when a user is invited to the role. As for correcting the dates - you have to go into each individual’s user profile and edit these: Settings - Users & Roles - search for the particular user, click the “…” → Edit User. Towards the bottom, I see this:
I can see that I have the option to edit the Start date, for adding new roles, but not for some of the existing ones. Do you see similar? I was wondering as your masthead dates seem so new, so I was thinking that the users were invited to those roles this year?

I also see the same options as you. But the users were not invited this year, they have been the editors and section editors for years. I don’t understand that from where this start date is being fetched from.

Hello, I’m still experiencing the same issue in version 3.5.0-3. Can you tell me which database table this is located in so that I can update it there?

This was the issue in the display – that the display would consider current year if there is no start date. Can you tell us what exactly is now wrong in your case? How does the editorial masthead or history page looks like and how does the users edit form look like?
