One of our journals would like to deactivate the mail ‘Manual Payment Notification’, because although they’ve disabled all the Subscription Expiry Reminders the system continues to send out the message in that mail.
Is there any reason why the Journal Manager and the Subscription Manager too are not allowed to deactivate that mail?

The email templates in OJS 3 that cannot be disabled are generally ones that are sent voluntarily, so there’s no need to disable them. It is the emails that are sent automatically that can be disabled.
