I want to start a new journal and hence want to know how good can OJS be as a publishing platform. I know it is the most used and has been known for its long hardwork.
So accordingly to you all which are the best journals here? All answers welcomed. Lets all help to create a list of top journals and we can learn also something new here.

In that category you can check experiences from different approaches of look n´feel and even new ones. What makes a good journal it’s quite convoluted to define criteria and it is not main goal here, but I suggest you visit and see by yourself what can be done with OJS, especially version 3 that is Bootstrap based and allows great layout adjustments for your needs if you have technical skills or IT staff to do so.
