Please, where can one download a plugin without using the plugin gallery . Example I want to install the bootstrap theme how do find the tar.gz file and upload in my plugin list. Thanks in advance if am missing anything enlighten me.

Most plugins are maintained on Github (e.g. the Bootstrap3 plugin lives at GitHub - NateWr/bootstrap3: A community-built theme for OJS 3 that implements Bootstrap 3 components.). Go to the Releases area and download the .tar.gz package from there. Beware, though, that it’s easy to upload an incompatible version of the plugin into your OJS; that’s one of the benefits of letting the Plugin Gallery do things for you.
