Hi @IJBSRR_Journal,

There should be something logged to go with the 500 error in the screenshot; either the log entries you posted aren’t from that moment, or you’re looking at the wrong file. (Sometimes the Apache log file is different than the PHP log file.) See if you can find a PHP error message in the logs that come from the same moment as the screenshot.
