What is the difference between green and red "Published" icon?

I see two different “Published” icons in our archive tab:

what is the difference between them?

I see a blue ‘published’ icon and green ones.

the green: published stage, assigned to a published issue. This is for submissions that are processed in OJS3 from start to finish.
the blue: stuck in the copyediting stage, but assigned to a published issue and visible on the website. This happened to all articles that where published in OJS2 before our upgrade to OJS3.
the red: I don’t see any red, but maybe they are assigned to a not yet published issue?

thank you for your reply.
I understand the different colours. Red must be a submission which is only published on the site, but has not been submitted through the journal. It all makes sense…
