Hi @Ahmad_R_Beigi,

This is code that is generated for most, if not all, of OJS pages - can you explain further how/why you are looking to edit it?

I am looking to edit it because I was asked by the manager to do so. That is all.

Hi @Ahmad_R_Beigi,

It’s not against the software license to make the change you describe, and I understand it may not be your decision, but it’s not good free/open source citizenship to change the apparent source of the software.

Thanks jonasraoni
Where does the application, getCurrentVersion, get the Current Version (Open Journal Systems 3.3.0.13) from?

Beigi

Hi, asmecher
We are NOT going to change the apparent source of the software.
We Just need to add a line to the code.

Hi @Ahmad_R_Beigi,

Glad to hear it! People do want to do that sometimes.
