I am a web admin for JOLETS (Journal of Law and Emerging Technologies) https://jolets.org and I face a problem with the website recently; firstly I face an error sometimes when I open or log in to the website (502 Bad Gateway
- nginx/1.23.2). Then, I have to refresh the page to load successfully.
Another important issue happens when I open the website normally, everything that should be shown on the interface (by plugins) doesn’t appear. However, when I use a VPN on a device, everything appears and keeps appearing on this device even after closing the VPN. But when I use another device the problem is still there.

I use version OJS 3.3.0.5, if these problems are related to updating the system, could you please give me straightforward steps to update it without losing any data or the theme?
