Website data migration?

Hi there ,
I am new wiht OJS.
We have Journal website www.journals.sfu.ca/pjrh/index.php/pjrh/index but we want to move all the files and database to our own server so that we can host it from there.
I searched for data but dont find. Pleas if anybody know it would be appreciated.
