No, you have to install the whole application. But you can use the submissions system only and won’t have to publish.

How can I prevent uploading publishing? We have own publishing system for publishing and just want to add editorial system of OJS. Is it possible?

Just train your editors.

Hi @mbrq_editor,

There is a setting in Settings > Distribution to turn off the reader front end.
